The Sampson’s Charity was established in 1854 by the Sampson family for the benefit of older people, capable of independent living from the Farnham area. Sampson’s provide homes in peaceful surroundings for those in housing need which may not be recognised by housing associations or social services.

The Almshouses are located on West Street, within walking distance or a short bus ride of Farnham town centre, and has 16 dwellings comprising a terrace of five, facing West Street, and three rows of bungalows at the rear with communal and private gardens. Each of our properties offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and sitting room for single occupancy or couples.
